S.V. Premakumaran Nair
He took LLB and LLM from the Academy and is a lecturer at the Academy from 1982 onwards. He is a leading lawyer at the District Court, Thiruvananthapuram on both the Civil and Criminal sides with several juniors and presently he is the Principal Public Prosecutor and Government Pleader at Thiruvananthapuram. He is an expert in Civil Court procedure and he is teaching code of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure and Law of Evidence, at the Academy.
